"Thistle heart"

Luckenbooth brooch with thistle flowers, in the shape of a crowned heart. This is a traditional Scottish love token, that often given as a betrothal or wedding jewellery, designed the author’s interpretation.

Materials: polymer clay, garnet, sapphires, Swarovski crystals, metal fittings.

Techniques: sculptural miniature, filigree, imitation of enamel.
